One of my heroes is Dave Litten (Google him).
'Uncle Dave', as I like to call him, is a world class trainer in all aspects of project management; notably PMBOK® and Prince2®. He's a big name in the field of Project management training and has spent decades being flown all over the world to host PM training courses.
Fast forward twenty years and this jet-set lifestyle prompted Dave to decide to sell his house in Southampton (back in the rainy old country) and move to Spain. Even though this was a few years ago, Dave only just starting to tune down his travelling agenda and spend some time at home working on other ventures: Namely the creation of digital products and training courses.
So, in semi-part-timeish-retirement (if that is the word) Dave runs his business exclusively from his custom designed villa overlooking the Med.
What a life - Creating best selling products in his niche (Project Management) and making money through digital products on the Internet.

Project Management for the masses...
Dave Litten is a Project Management Guru flying all around the world hosting Prince2 training courses. When he's not doing this he is lucky enough to be spending his hard earned Euro's on his amazing Spanish Villa in Monte Pego, Spain. Luckily for us, he still finds time to BLOG and write interesting articles covering everything from Project Management tips to his life experiences in his move from Rainy old England to Spains Sunshine coast.
He wanted a simple website with an easy to use Blog, transparent submissions to Google and other search engines and the ability to sell ebooks and other digital media from his website. So, after a little prototyping we setup his
website using the Drupal Content Management System (we tried Joomla but he didnt like the interface so much). We also installed some media management modules allowing him to upload photos and video.
Dave is constantly adding fascinating articles ranging from his Golf eBook, life on the Costa Blanca through to the processes involved in PRINCE accreditation. He's a fascinating fellow with a great written style... grab a coffeee and check out some of his blogs here

Dave Litten is one of the UK's best known Prince2 accredited trainers: His resume is longer than my arm and he has run more projects than I've had hot dinners. Dave now spends his time teaching Project Management skills to Project Managers.
He is now in semi-retirement and splits his time between flying all over Europe running Prince2 Training courses and working from his Spanish Villa publishing Project Management and Life Skills articles on his website.
Dave's website opened it's doors in July 2007 and as Dave says "it's aimed at being a daily dose of rational thought and mental lessons from my professional and personal life with sections on different topics. If anything on this website is useful to you - Fantastic! Because that's the whole point of it!"
